ROTOTEST VPA-RWe has recently purchased a revolutionary dynamometer from Rototest AB in Sweden.

The ROTOTEST VPA-RT chassis dynamometer is a multipurpose driveline testsystem for quality assurance, research & development.

Today's automotive industry is subject to many regulations and requirements. Growing environmental demands and requirements for high performance, maximum energy efficiency, low noise and outstanding quality make extreme demands on test equipment. The ROTOTEST VPA-R chassis dynamometer gives you the resources to evaluate these factors accurately and efficiently.

Some, of the many, superior attributes of the ROTOTEST VPA-RT chassis dynamometer compared to a traditional "rolling road" system is its high measurement accuracy thanks to the patented principle of direct wheel hub coupling and measuring method. This combines the best of both worlds - the benefit of testing complete vehicles on a chassis dynamometer with the accuracy of an engine dynamometer.

The chassis dynamometer is today used by most of the major car manufacturers and other renowned companies and institutions (e.g. Daimler-Chrysler, Renault, Volkswagen, ...) in their development, quality assurance and research.
